We do that by combining our ERP & transaction system knowledge ,with supply chain expertise and data science expertise to help our customers to detect changes fast and act appropriately to disruptions and opportunities.

We will do that by delivering people with huge operational and systems experience. This is then combined with methodogies and frameworks but most of all a pragmatic approach to leveraging existing systems and fast tracking implementations to reduce cost & time to benefits.
Our History
Xelocity was founded from a ERP and supply chain company with well over thirty years of experience in implementing ERP and then supply chain planning and optimisation systems. Since then we have used that expertise to help companies reduce the cost and time to benefit from these systems and help with selection of new systems where required. In particular we have helped companies determine what a good answer is from optimisation as often they have had to rely on answers from a black box with no reference point.
During this time we identified a number of key challenges for customers in delivering the expected bottom line improvements from these systems. We help to ensure the business outcomes and benefits from existing existing & new systems.

Steve is a strong leader with great people & relationship skills, great vision and strategic focus, business acumen and customer focus. He has over 30 years of experience in delivering IT solutions that deliver return on investment.
Part of NZ management team of Motherwell Bridge which sold Motherwell IT to 3i venture capital.
Led the management buyout of the New Zealand component of Mi Services (software services company), later rebranded as Xelocity.
