Supply Chain Excellence Course - 4 Day
Overview
The purpose and key objective of the course is for participants to gain an understanding of a cross industry approach to improving Supply Chain performance. Participants will be provided with an introduction to the SCOR® framework.
The course is based on Peter Bolstroffs Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) methodology.
The methodology is documented in his book, Supply Chain Excellence, a handbook for dramatic improvement using the SCOR® model. All participants will receive a copy of the book and other templates/ tools to support them.
The methodology provides powerful examples of how to navigate through the process as well as alignment with best practices. This is a hugely rewarding and compelling reason to attend the course.
The Supply-Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR®) is a process reference model that has been developed and endorsed by the Supply Chain Council as the cross-industry standard diagnostic tool for Supply Chain management. SCOR® enables users to address, improve and communicate Supply Chain management practices within and between all interested parties
