The Story of QPD©?

QPD© was developed to meet an increasing demand to define projects accurately using a simple methodology. It is designed to assist project managers in planning, monitoring and controlling their projects through one easy application. Templates within the application allow for the capture of pertinent project information that can be accessed for quick reference and reporting purposes all in one place.

The tool was originally developed in MS Excel to support the Objective Directed Project Management methodology (ODPM™) as described in " The Practice of Project Management " by Enzo Frigenti and Dennis Comminos published by Kogan Page.

The tool is now web based and equally applicable to any other similar methodologies.
