SCOR Framework & Projects Training Course - Date: 6 - 8 May in Auckland
This course will give you a cross industry approach to improving supply chain performance. It introduces the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR®) model and Supply Chain Excellence (SCE®) methodology and will provide you with a clear understanding of how they can be applied within your organisation.SCOR® has been developed and endorsed by the Supply Chain Council as the cross industry standard diagnostic tool for supply chain management. SCE® is the Supply Chain improvements methodology developed by Peter Bolstroff and Robert Rosenbaum, utilising SCOR® and has been endorsed by the Supply Chain Council. Course attendees will model their own companys supply chains during the course which can be developed further at their workplace.
