Supply Chain Excellence

Overview
Xelocity can assist clients to develop efficient and optimised Supply Chains.

Key Features and Benefits:
  • Enhanced organisational competitiveness and knowledge.
  • Achieve significant Return on Investment, EBIT uplift and increased shareholder value.
While many supply chains now operate efficiently, few organisations truly realise their full potential. Often this is due to a lack of the appropriate alignment of strategic and operational objectives. Our goal is to bridge this gap then prioritise and implement sustainable performance improvements. Supply Chain Excellence is a catalyst for change.  The programme identifies and prioritises major problems and solutions within an organisation.

What is Supply Chain Excellence?

Supply Chain Excellence is a proven business improvement methodology based on the SCOR® model.  The Supply Chain Operations Reference-model (SCOR®) is a process reference model that has been developed and endorsed by the Supply-Chain Council as the cross-industry standard diagnostic tool for supply-chain management. SCOR® enables users to address, improve and communicate supply-chain management practices within and between all interested parties.

The Supply Chain Excellence is a 17-week project delivering a prioritised improvement projects portfolio.  In addition, during the 17 week period "quick-win" projects will be identified and initiated.  Several of these "quick-win" projects can typically be completed within the SCE project timeline, providing an immediate Return on Investment.

The Supply Chain Excellence Engagement has 5 phases: Build, Define, Analyse, Develop, and Implement. You can download the Supply Chain Excellence brochure for more information,
