Rod de Spong


Rod de Spong, CFO Douglas Pharmaceuticals has been elected as the Chairman for The Supply Chain Council, Australia and New Zealand Chapter.  


Over the past couple of years Rod has been working closely with the Supply Chain Council and SCOR®.  Rod has been an active member of the Supply Chain Council’s ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) Chapter Leadership Team.


Rod led a Supply Chain transformation project using SCOR® at Douglas Pharmaceuticals resulting in dramatic operational and financial improvements.



Ikhlaq Kashkari

Ikhlaq Kashkari (Principal Consultant at Xelocity) is an integral part of the new leadership team for the Australia / New Zealand Chapter for the Supply Chain Council.

Ikhlaq possesses significant experience in Process Improvement, Supply Chain Management and Benchmarking / Best Practice.  Ikhlaq Kashkari is a SCOR® Practitioner and Principal Consultant responsible for leading Xelocity’s Supply Chain practice.

Iklhlaq has been involved with Supply Chain related assignments for more than 12 years and has helped a large number of organisations—from small and medium enterprises to large multi-nationals— transform their supply chains. His supply chain experience covers a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, apparel, manufacturing, agriculture, dairy, aluminium, FMCG, 4PL and petrochemical.

Prior to joining Xelocity, Ikhlaq was employed by Ernst & Young and KPMG Consulting. He has had a significant role in transforming (and starting up) supply chains and been involved in leading a number of ERP implementation projects.
Ikhlaq is now a SCC-certified SCOR® instructor for both SCOR® Framework and Implementation and is running SCOR courses in Australia and New Zealand. Ikhlaq lives in Auckland, New Zealand with his wife, Suzanne and three children, Sohail, Hana and Zara.
